What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you. Your order is 100% insured, and you are eligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it repaired or replaced. Return Policy

I changed my mind, how do I return my order?

After your artwork is delivered, you can request a return only in case the artwork may be damaged by contacting your Customer Care Specialist at +1 212 7291352. Even if you decide to return your item, we want to ensure the best service possible.

Does the return need to be shipped back within 15 days after the reception? Or is it just the request that needs to take place within that period?

Just the request for return needs to occur within 15 days of delivery. Once we are informed, you will then be able to return your order safely.

Can I return made-to-order products?

  • "PERSEO Supply Contract" means the contract formed between you and PERSEO for PERSEO Direct Deals;
  • "PERSEO Wallet" means the credit account that you can use to purchase PERSEO deals in PERSEO Deals Marketplace.

Applicant Term and Condition for Perseo Direct Deals and Perseo Affiliate Sales Partner

Article 1 - Your Status

By placing an order through the PERSEO Deals Marketplace, you warrant that:

1.1) You are legally capable to enter into our bindings sales contracts;
1.2) You are resident in EU Countries, the United States of America (USA), and other world areas accepted by PERSEO. For the full list of approved countries click here.
1.3) You are at least 18 years old.

Article 2 - Our Liability

2.1) Subject to clause 2.2 below, our liability for losses you may suffer as a result of us breaking these terms and conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the PERSEO voucher or the PERSEO Direct Deals supplied products or services you bought.

2.2) This article 2 does not include or limit in any way our liability for the following events:
2.2.1) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
2.2.2) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
2.2.3) under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
2.2.4) for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.

2.3) We don’t keep any responsibility for the PERSEO voucher products and/or services for which a voucher can be redeemed by the Sales Affiliate Partner. The Sales Affiliate Partner is solely liable to you for all PERSEO voucher products and/or services that the Sales Affiliate Partner supplies to you.

2.4 Subject to clause 2.2, and the maximum permissible extent under applicable law, we will not be liable for any losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such losses fall into one or more of the following categories even if such losses result from our deliberate breach:

  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business;
  • loss of data;
  • loss of savings;
  • loss of income or revenue;
  • any other indirect or consequential loss

Article 3. PERSEO Wallet

The “PERSEO Wallet” is your funds' credit that you can use to order PERSEO Deals in PERSEO Marketplace.

3.1) You can see the current balance in your PERSEO Wallet and the historical balance by logging on to PERSEO Deals Marketplace inside the “My Account” area.

3.2) Your credit in PERSEO Wallet will expire (A) at midnight on the expiry date set out in either the voucher or in the communication awarding you the credit or (B) if no date is set out when you are awarded the credit, at midnight 3 months from the date of the communication to you awarding you the credit.

3.3) If you receive a credit to your PERSEO Wallet, the credit can be applied when you next purchase of PERSEO voucher

3.4) Unless stated otherwise at the time of issue credit cannot be applied to purchases under 10€.

3.5) Save where you have a legal right to cancel, if you cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract for a voucher that you have bought using any PERSEO Wallet Credit you will forfeit any such PERSEO Wallet Credit and we will only refund you the amount paid for the PERSEO voucher over any such PERSEO Wallet Credit.

Article 4 - Redeem a PERSEO voucher towards another voucher

4.1) After you purchase a PERSEO voucher, instead of redeeming it with our Sales Affiliate Partner or for credit, you may redeem it towards the cost of another PERSEO voucher.

4.2) If you redeem a PERSEO voucher towards the cost of another one, you will receive a new PERSEO voucher for the amount value equal to 100% of the previous voucher (Example: Your voucher is 100 Euro value, you will redeem and the new voucher for 100 Euro). This term applies only if you make your claim within 30 days from the date of your purchased voucher (check the issue date on your received PERSEO voucher).

In case your claim is made over 30 days from the date of your voucher issue, you will receive 50% of the value but before the expiry date of the original voucher.

4.3) The “PERSEO Wallet” is where any excess funds which result from the transaction will be found. The above credit funds will be valid for a maximum period of 3 months.

Article 5 - Redeem a PERSEO voucher in any PERSEO TV Shopping TV Marketplace

5.1) After you purchase a PERSEO voucher, instead of redeeming it with the Sales Affiliate Partner or for credit, you may redeem it towards the cost of goods in our TV Shopping Marketplace.

5.2) If you redeem a PERSEO voucher for goods in the TV Shopping Marketplace, you will receive a new PERSEO voucher for the amount equal to 100% of the value of the original PERSEO voucher with 90 days expiry date. The expiry date will be calculated from the date of the new voucher issue. Thereafter your new PERSEO voucher will expire and no credit will be refunded to you.

5.3) The “PERSEO Wallet” is where any excess funds which result from the transaction will be found, and the credit will be displayed inside your account area. Such credit funds will be valid for 3 months.

Article 9 - Events Out of Our Control

9.1) In the case of a “Force Majeure Event” we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, delay o obligations that could be caused by any events out of our control.

9.2) The PERSEO Deals Marketplace relies in part on the application to work perfectly and we monitor each functionality daily. Therefore we cannot guarantee that it could be some errors or bugs that may come for some updates. In this event, our technical staff will make its best effort to make PERSEO Deals Marketplace run back perfectly.

Article 10 - Waiver

If you breach these GENERAL TERMS OF USAGE and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation that may occur.

Article 11 - Severability

If any provision of these general terms and conditions, as well as PERSEO vouchers or contracts, is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining term and condition or from the remaining provisions of any such contract which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  3. Sales affiliate partner direct payment” means that you will pay your deal directly to our sales affiliate partner merchant card processor.

Important Notice: In all of the above Payment processing scenarios, your deal price will always be blocked for your benefit independently of how the payment will be processed. We use this payment processing facility for some deals where the sales affiliate partner must receive an immediate payment to allow them to issue your buy products or tickets as the case.

You will quote which payment processing method will apply in the PERSEO Deals detail page in the “Highlights” area.

> ORDER PROCESSING

After placing an order for sales affiliate voucher products or services, you may receive a receipt from us or our payment processor confirming that we have received your order. Please note that receipt of this email does not mean that your order has been accepted even if we may have processed your payment as your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a voucher. The contract between us ("PERSEO voucher Contract") will only be formed when we issue the voucher to you.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend, or remove any information relating to a voucher advertised on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace at any time before a voucher Contract is formed.

Article 2 - Cancellations and Refunds

2.1) You may cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract without giving any reason within fourteen days from the day after the day you receive the PERSEO voucher provided that you have not already redeemed the PERSEO voucher at our sales affiliate partner location, or PERSEO Wallet Credit. If you cancel during this period, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the PERSEO voucher, and then we will void it for any further usage.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL voucher

2.2) To exercise the right to cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract, you must inform us about your decision to cancel it by completing our cancellation form at www.shoppingitaly.com/voucher-refund.html. To display the request for refund form you will need to login into your account. You must eliminate the PERSEO voucher and delete any emails sent to you with a copy of the PERSEO voucher. If you fail to comply with this obligation and/or attempt to use a canceled PERSEO voucher, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

2.3) You will not have any right to cancel a PERSEO voucher Contract in the event the voucher has already been redeemed by (a) our sales affiliate partner or (b) as PERSEO Wallet Credit or where the voucher has rich its expiry date.

2.4) If you have canceled the PERSEO voucher Contract per clause 2.2 above, then we will refund the amount paid for the PERSEO voucher in full and any refund will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation per clause 2.2. Payment will be returned to you in the same way you paid to us for your purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise to receive it in other ways.

Important notice: We will make the refund only to the account holder that we received the payment from. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
2.5 As stated on the PERSEO voucher, the voucher can be redeemed with us before its expiry date for a PERSEO Wallet Credit to the value of:

  1. 100% of the price paid for the PERSEO voucher, when you redeem it up to 30 days after the date of its issue; or
  2. 50% of the price paid for the PERSEO voucher, when you redeem it over 30 days after the date of its issue.

Article 3 - Price and Delivery Charges

3.1) The price of any PERSEO voucher and any applicable delivery charge will be as quoted on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace from time to time (inclusive of VAT (where applicable)), except in cases of obvious error as set out in clause 3.2 hereinafter. Unless expressly stated on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace, the delivery of voucher Products will only be made to addresses in the United Kingdom, Europe, the USA, and other countries. Please verify here if your country is on the accepted list.

3.2) It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the PERSEO vouchers listed on the PERSEO Deals Marketplace may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to issue any voucher to you at the incorrect (lower) price. Furthermore, Sales Affiliate Partners are not obliged to accept any issued voucher nor are we obliged to honor a claim made for PERSEO Wallet Credit in respect of any issued voucher if the pricing error was obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing. In these instances, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the voucher.

Article 4 - voucher and voucher Products

4.1) PERSEO will issue the voucher to you. The voucher will set out full information about our Sales Affiliate Partner and the voucher Products (i.e. the goods and/or services which will be offered by that sales affiliate partner) and details of how to redeem the voucher (A) at the Sales Affiliate Partner or (B) were the Sales Affiliate Partner has asked us to act as their agent and process the redemptions on their behalf, how to redeem the voucher with us. The voucher will also set out how it can be redeemed for another voucher or PERSEO Wallet Credit.

4.2) The voucher is valid until reaching its expiry date. After the expiry date the voucher will be void and (A) the Sales Affiliate Partner will not provide the Voucher Products and; (B) we will not accept a request to redeem for another voucher; and (C) we will not accept a claim to redeem the voucher for PERSEO Wallet Credit.

4.3) The voucher products are provided by the Sales Affiliate Partner named on the voucher per clause 4.1 above. The Sales Affiliate Partner has a legal duty to supply the voucher Products in conformity with the PERSEO voucher/coupon. Please note that the Sales Affiliate Partner is solely responsible for:

  1. providing the voucher Products to you; and
  2. The delivery of voucher products and/or services

If you have any complaint about the voucher Products you should contact our Sales Affiliate Partner directly.

4.4) Reproduction, sale, resale, or trade of a PERSEO voucher is strictly prohibited. We keep the right to cancel any PERSEO voucher in case we believe that you did not comply with the provisions of this article 4.4.

4.5) It is at the discretion of the Sales Affiliate Partner whether a PERSEO voucher can be combined with any other vouchers, offers, promotions, coupons, or gift certificates on the redemption of the PERSEO voucher at the Sales Affiliate Partner.

4.6) It is at the discretion of the Sales Affiliate Partner whether to accept a PERSEO voucher for alternative goods and/or services to the voucher Products provided that, where a PERSEO voucher is redeemed at a Sales Affiliate Partner for alternative goods and/or services, there is no entitlement to a refund or a credit if such goods and/or services received have a value which is less than the PERSEO voucher's stated face value.

4.7) Except where expressly stated, PERSEO vouchers can only be redeemed in their entire amount and may not be redeemed in partial amounts or installments.

4.8) Neither we nor the Sales Affiliate Partner are responsible for the loss or stolen of your PERSEO vouchers. However, to give you more guarantee that someone may use your PERSEO voucher, it’s our good practice to print on vouchers and also your complete name on. For the above, our Sales Affiliate Partner may ask for your ID Cards to identify you for double security.
